Indian market is fiercely competitive with Installed capacities are exceeding the demand. Being a high value product there is resistance in using the product, even though having numerous benefits. Due to the competitive scenario, retaining of customers become difficult. Also finding a new customer is difficult. Therefore, one has to be always on their toes.In India lot of brand owners small or big wants to improvise on their packaging to increase the visibility & stop the forged & spurious products. Therefore, incumbent is expected to work lot on business development. The knowledge & links with FMCG & Pharma sector is important.Incumbent is expected to be technically strong & with the help of EHL technical team should be able to resolve customer's issues.Principal Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesAchieving targeted salesNegotiating and booking orders at best possible realizations.Identifying & meeting Brand ownersDeveloping new customersCreating a funnel of new customers & new segmentsExecutes product – market strategies for developing, sustaining and expanding EHL volumes in Domestic marketIncrease penetration through new applications, and launching new productsGiving ideas for new products, collecting customer needsArranging new product trials, approvals and launch of the same.Increase in profitability of businessSelecting of customer & products which gives maximum profit.Working Capital control of the companyKeeping a track & reduction of FGControl of receivables.Knowledge management, Market Information & Brand Image buildingCollecting and sharing market information of customers & competitors.New products/ new brand owners coming in the marketLearning, Educating & TrainingBuilding team work through enhancing skill & Knowledge of team members & selfWorking RelationshipsInternal: Plant head/ PPC/Logistics/QC/F&A/Technical & service team-For production planning, dispatches, resolving customer issues, enhancing own knowledge, & new product development & customer satisfaction.Brand Owners: R&D & Packaging development team, QC, Vendor development & sourcing team. Plant people who are actual users. Finance team for contracts & paymentsIndustry Experts & Consultants: For new developments.Challenges/Complexity of JobMarket seeding and growth in wake of adding customers & market.
