Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement cutting-edge strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels.

  • Identify and exploit growth opportunities through channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform and refine growth strategies.

  • Deploy A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in growth tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Btech,BE, BCA ,Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and retention in a previous role.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth hacking techniques.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
