  1. Purchase & Stock Management

  2. Plan and place timely purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

  3. Monitor stock movement, non-moving and near-expiry items to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  4. Ensure timely inward of goods, GRN entry, and rate/scheme verification.

  5. Coordinate with principals for dispatch schedules, rate updates, and claims.

  6. Billing & Payment Coordination

  7. Coordinate with internal sales and billing team to ensure timely order processing and invoicing.

  8. Follow up with sales team and customers for timely payments and credit control.

  9. Support the accounts team in resolving rate difference, credit note and scheme-related issues.

  10. Dispatch & Logistics Control

  11. Ensure dispatches are executed accurately and on schedule.

  12. Coordinate with transporters and warehouse for smooth deliveries.

  13. Track short/excess and damage claims with proper documentation.

  14. Team Coordination & Ownership

  15. Act as a single point of contact between sales team, warehouse, accounts, and principals.

  16. Take full ownership of purchase planning, dispatch timelines, and payment follow-ups.
  17. Ensure all operational activities run on time and as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
