**Position Summary**:
A Real Estate Sales Representative acts as the intermediary between buyers and sellers, assisting clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals. They ensure a seamless transaction process while building and maintaining client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and regular updates to clients.
- **Property Listing and Marketing**:

- Assist clients in listing properties by conducting market analysis to determine competitive pricing.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, online listings, and social media posts.
- Stage properties and arrange professional photography, if necessary.
- **Property Showings and Negotiations**:

- Conduct property tours for prospective buyers or renters.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including their features, pricing, and neighborhood insights.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Analysis and Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on local and regional real estate market trends, including pricing, inventory, and demand.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and comparable sales.
- **Transaction Coordination**:

- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure forms.
- Work closely with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings.
- Follow up on post-sale or rental processes to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Valid real estate license (required in most jurisdictions).
