2. Marketing & Promotion
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase property visibility.
Create and manage listings on property websites, social media, and other digital channels.
Work on offline marketing such as flyers, brochures, and local community events.
Collaborate with photographers and designers for professional property presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management
Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budgets.
Provide guidance on buying, selling, or renting properties, answering any questions they may have.
Maintain regular communication to update clients on market trends, new listings, and follow-up on interest.
4. Sales & Negotiation
Present properties to potential buyers with an emphasis on their features and benefits.
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable deals for clients.

Sales & Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Marketing Proficiency: Experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.

Licensing: Real estate license may be required depending on the region.

For freelancers, flexibility and adaptability are key. You'll need to manage your own client portfolio and marketing strategies, often handling tasks such as:
