Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle inbound customer calls, address their issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and Good English Communication.
- Ability to work on Domestic Voice Process/Non-Voice Process/International BPO processes.
