Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR department. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding exceptional candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  2. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and providing feedback to candidates.
  5. Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  7. Collaborate with HR team members to improve the overall recruitment and onboarding processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  9. Participate in employer branding initiatives and events to promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT HR Recruiter role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
