About The Role :.

n HR Recruiter at Finovest Group would be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and evaluating top talent across various departments within the organization, ensuring a smooth hiring process while aligning with the company's growth strategy, with a focus on identifying candidates with relevant experience in the financial services sector, particularly in areas like gold loans, deposits, and insurance products..

Key Responsibilities:.

Talent Acquisition Strategy:.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies..

Create compelling job descriptions highlighting Finovest Group's unique value proposition and relevant financial product knowledge..

Utilize various recruitment channels including online job boards, professional networking platforms, social media, employee referrals, and industry events to source qualified candidates..

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:.

Review resumes and applications to assess candidate fit based on required skills, experience, and cultural alignment with Finovest Group..

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, financial services knowledge, and potential contribution to the team..

Administer relevant assessment tests to gauge candidate's understanding of financial products like gold loans and insurance..

Hiring Process Management:.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders..

Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process..

Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and benefits communication..

Conduct background checks and reference verification for selected candidates..
