Job description - Site Jr Architect - Quality control

  1. General requirements
  1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior design from reputable University.
  2. Broad knowledge of at least ten (10) years of experience in the Architecture and Construction side.
  3. Experience of at least 7 years in the Middle East, minimum 4 of them in the KSA.
  4. Track record of working with both Consultants & contractors a Plus.
  5. Well versed in spoken and written English. Arabic language is a Plus.
  6. Knowledge of Interior design a plus.

  1. Supervise site works , ensure design intent & quality control are met.
  2. Co-ordinate between contractors & consultants.
  3. Manage the production of shop drawings.
  4. Manage submittals of and approval of contractors' shop drawings.
