Job description - Site Supervisor- Architect / Quality control

  1. General requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
  2. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the site supervision of Architecture and Construction side.
  3. Experience of at least 7 years in the Middle East, minimum 4 of them in the KSA.
  4. Track record of working with both Consultants & contractors a Plus.
  5. Well versed in spoken and written English. Arabic language is a Plus.
  6. LEED & P.M.P. certification a plus.
  7. Knowledge of Interior design a plus.
  8. Awareness of HSE requirements.
  1. Specific Job requirements
  1. Site supervision of executed works ,ensure design intent & quality control are met.
  2. Co-ordination between various contractors & consultants.
  3. Manage and oversee the production of shop drawings.
  4. Manage the process of all submittals to site consultants.
  5. Manage materials procurement, submittals, approvals and procurement issues.
  6. Ability to produce own design concepts is a plus.
  7. Ability to manage Client presentations is a plus.
