Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate / Trainee who will contribute equally (50–50) to inside sales and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, communicative, eager to learn, and comfortable handling client interactions while supporting digital marketing activities. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive lead generation, client engagement, content coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales (50%)
Lead Calling & Conversion: Make outreach calls to potential clients, explain product offerings, and support lead qualification and closures.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead updates, track interactions, and manage pipelines using Zoho CRM.
Client Communication: Build strong rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
Product Familiarity: Understand Acviss products deeply and communicate value propositions effectively.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Marketing Support (50%)
Content Support: Assist in creating and managing content for campaigns—videos, blogs, case studies, reviews, ratings, and social media posts.
Campaign Coordination: Support execution of digital marketing campaigns by coordinating with design, product, and external partners.
Social Engagement: Monitor online reviews, ratings, and social media responses; ensure timely and professional communication.
Market Research: Track marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer interests to support strategy.
Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on campaign reach, engagement, and conversions.
Administrative & Team Support: Help manage marketing calendars, assist with events, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years (internship or previous sales/marketing experience is a plus).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; confident in speaking with clients and coordinating with teams.
Sales Aptitude: Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and engaging prospects.
Creativity & Initiative: Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for marketing content and outreach.
Digital Awareness: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
Self-Starter: Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
