Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing the right candidates as per job requirements, drafting job descriptions, and coordinating interviews with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through various platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) based on the job description.
  • Create and update job descriptions in consultation with hiring managers.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with internal team members and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Indeed, Naukri , LinkedIn and outlook.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
  • Familiarity with different industries and roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
