Role Overview

As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end legal operations including contract management, legal advisory, and stakeholder support. This is a high-impact role managing the team along with working across various business units and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing & negotiating commercial contracts and various structures including M&A and due diligence

Overseeing legal audits, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management (CLM)

Leading IP portfolio (trademarks, renewals, legal support)

Collaborating with internal teams & external legal advisors

Preparing, negotiating, and recording business contracts on behalf of the company

Researching contract terms, alerting parties to renewals or extensions, and tracking all related communications

Overseeing the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts within the organization using CLM tools

Ensuring contracts meet legal requirements and align with company policies

Providing legal opinions to internal stakeholders

Reviewing customer contract terms and conditions to balance risk appetite with commercial objectives

Managing legal activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and demergers
