Job Summary:
Generate and qualify high-quality leads to fuel the sales pipeline for our EdTech products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run lead-gen campaigns (email, social, content, paid)
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies (inbound & outbound)
- Research and build targeted prospect lists (schools, institutions, learners)
- Qualify leads through outreach, scoring, and follow-up
- Nurture leads via automated workflows
- Hand overqualified leads to the sales team and ensure smooth follow-up
- Track and analyze performance metrics
- Optimize lead-gen processes and campaigns based on data
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong research, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-channel outreach and lead nurturing
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
