Role Overview

We're seeking a 
Deputy Head – Sales / Assistant Sales Manager
 to drive business development, manage key retail and distribution partnerships, and strengthen our national market presence.

This role is designed as a leadership-in-training position under direct mentorship of the Director, with a defined growth path to Head of Sales within 18–24 months.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage B2B and premium retail networks across India.

* Identify and onboard leading jewelry retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.

* Create and implement structured region-wise sales strategies and targets.

* Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and exhibitions.

* Lead CRM adoption, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

* Build, mentor, and guide regional sales teams to achieve consistent growth.

* Maintain strong long-term client relationships built on trust and brand reputation.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Business preferred).

* 6–12 years' experience in  - Luxury Retail / Watches / Premium Fashion / Hospitality / FMCG / Fine Jewelry.

* Strong negotiation, business development, and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication, poise, and presentation.

* Based in Mumbai and open to frequent travel.
