Key Responsibilities:

  1. **Sales and Customer Service: **
  2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

  4. **Product Knowledge: **

  5. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, including new arrivals, trends, and promotions.

  6. Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions.

  7. **Store Presentation: **

  8. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

  9. Assist with visual merchandising and display updates to enhance the customer experience.

  10. **Inventory Management: **

  11. Assist with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.

  12. Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager.

  13. **Customer Relationship Management: **

  14. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
  15. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or sales is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Strong communication
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
