We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and responsible Cashier who can handle billing, inventory admin, and backend store coordination with complete accuracy.

Job Description — Cashier

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Finance

• Handle daily billing operations smoothly and accurately

• Manage POS entries and maintain all financial records

• Ensure proper handling of cash, card, UPI & online payments

• Daily cash reconciliation and reporting to the Manager/Finance team

• Prepare invoices, credit notes, and maintain proper documentation

Tally Prime+

• Must know Tally Prime / Tally Prime+

• Enter purchase entries, sales entries, stock adjustments

• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, GST entries and basic accounting tasks

Store Administration

• Manage daily store admin tasks

• Coordinate with the CRM team for order status, fittings & deliveries

• Maintain stationery, housekeeping checklists, and store hygiene

• Ensure all client invoices, measurement forms, and records are properly filed

• Support operational tasks during peak days & events

Inventory & Stock

• Assist in stock inward/outward

• Coordinate with production & warehouse for product flow

• Update inventory records and highlight discrepancies

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience as a Cashier / Admin Executive (retail preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Prime+

• Good communication & basic English

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Honest, disciplined, and reliable
