Job Description (JD):

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and creative in designing strategies that maximize ROI and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, Amazon, and Flipkart.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns with positive ROI.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare reports with insights, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to design ad copies, banners, and creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in running ads across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, and Flipkart.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, ACoS and other ad performance metrics.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce ad strategies and sales funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketplace advertising.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹100,000.00 per month
