Requirements

Sr. Lead Developer : Technical Leadership by Define and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines, code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. Design and implementation of core application modules and services by Ensure integration with APIs, databases, and third-party services. Act as the bridge between product managers, business stakeholders, and the development team.Provide clear technical direction and communicate trade-offs. Sr. Developer/Developer: Design, develop, and enhance complex Java applications, APIs, and services.

Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Kafka, Microservices.Take ownership of critical modules or features end-to-end.Participate in requirement discussions with business stakeholders and architects. Translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs. Write clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code.Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines. Design efficient database schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.Work on integration with third-party APIs, messaging systems, and cloud services. Support CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and production roll outs.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver fixes quickly.
