Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting thorough analyses, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Daily tasks will include budgeting, forecasting, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and handling payroll activities.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience in the produce or agricultural industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
