We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Data Analyst with strong expertise in PeopleSoft data structures across HCM, Finance (FIN), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Query Manager and SQL, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize queries, and perform data conversion using SQL to support PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand PeopleSoft data structures across HCM, FIN, and SCM modules.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
  • Perform data migration and transformation tasks.
  • Use PeopleSoft Query Manager to build queries and reports.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support HR, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
  • Support end users in generating ad-hoc reports and resolving reporting issues.
  • Document processes, queries, and reports for knowledge sharing and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures in HCM, FIN, and SCM.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
