Associate Account Manager/ Remote Ops Associate

Role Overview
 Associate Account Manager/ Remote Ops Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations for assigned facilities under Dozee's Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program.This is an entry-level coordination and analysis role focused on ensuring patients are fully onboarded, qualified, and tracked for billing readiness through consistent monitoring of consents, vitals, telehealth activities, and CPT code eligibility.They serve as the single point of contact for assigned facilities — ensuring smooth coordination between field teams, clinical staff, and the RevOps team to maintain compliance and maximize revenue outcomes Responsibilities

• 1. Facility Ownership & Coordination :
  
• Take full ownership of assigned facilities as the primary contact for all coordination and operational activities.
• Maintain oversight of facility operations, including ADTs, patient activity,insurance eligibility, consent status, and telehealth scheduling.
• Escalate issues or data mismatches to the appropriate operations or RevOps contact
  

2. Patient Consent Tracking:Ensure 100% of eligible patients within assigned facilities have active consent forms.Maintain a live consent tracker showing consents received, pending, or expiring.Coordinate with US Operations (via Michele) to confirm that all new admissions have valid consents uploaded. weekly consent status updates with Field Ops/ FCC and escalate facilities with missing or delayed consents.
3. Tele-Visit Scheduling & TrackingMonitor which patients have completed tele-visits and which are pending.Collaborate with FCCs and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to suggest optimal scheduling windows.Ensure all completed tele-visits are logged and reflected accurately in the tracker.All patients with active consents must have timely, completed, and documented tele-visits.
4. CPT Code Eligibility TrackingTrack insurance eligibility and determine which CPT codes (99453, 99454, 99457, 99458, each patient qualifies for.Support the RevOps team in identifying and reducing billing leakages by ensuring accurate code assignment.Coordinate with Tech Support to disqualify ineligible patients in BettrAI based on insurance or data criteria.Work with Clinical Ops to ensure provider documentation (for is completed for qualified patients.Confirm that Medicare patients have ≥16-day vitals and Medicaid patients have ≥2-day vitals to remain CPT-eligible.Ensure all eligible patients are billed under the correct CPT codes, minimizing missed revenue opportunities
5. Vitals Monitoring & ComplianceMonitor patient vitals in Nucleus Facility Insights to ensure compliance with RPM billing requirements.Verify that: Medicare patients have ≥16 valid vital days/month and Medicaid patients have ≥2 valid vital days/monthIdentify and follow up on patients missing vital readings by checking SureMDM data (e.g., disconnected devices, network issues).Collaborate with FCCs to resolve device or connectivity issues proactively.Ensure 100% of billable patients meet minimum vital-day requirements for monthly RPM compliance.
6. Admission and Discharge (ADT) Event TrackingReview new admissions and discharges daily using the shared insurance sheet.Identify new patients and ensure they go through the standard operational flow: Insurance eligibility check, Consent collection, Vital monitoring setupCPT code qualification review Flag inactive or discharged patients to prevent unqualified billing.Maintain accurate and current records of all patient status changes for reporting and compliance tracking. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple facility trackers simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills; proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Comfort working across teams (Clinical Ops, Field Ops, RevOps & Tech Support.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.
  

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, life sciences, business administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in healthcare operations, account coordination, or data management (fresh graduates welcome).
