We are looking for an experienced and motivated CED Plant Supervisor to oversee and manage our Cathodic Electro-Deposition (CED) coating operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and drive process efficiency in alignment with our manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise day-to-day CED coating operations and production staff.


• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.


• Monitor and maintain CED plant parameters to achieve consistent coating performance.


• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely output.


• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.


• Maintain records, process documentation, and production reports.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in CED coating or similar surface treatment processes.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Knowledge of CED process control, chemicals, and equipment maintenance.


• Ability to analyze problems, suggest solutions, and drive efficiency.


• Strong focus on quality, safety, and discipline in operations.
