k9hr solutions looking for ajob title: hr manufacturing unitlocation: ribada -rajkotdepartment: human resources / talent acquisitionreports to: hr manager / plant heademployment type: full-timetime: 09:00am to 06:00pmjob summary:we are seeking a proactive and experienced recruiter to join our manufacturing unit. the ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding new hires. this role requires strong coordination with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely and effective staffing.key responsibilities:identify and understand staffing needs for various departments within the manufacturing unit.develop and post job advertisements through appropriate channels (job portals, social media, agencies, etc.).screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.coordinate and schedule technical interviews with department heads.manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and support roles.ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.support hr team in conducting induction and orientation programs for new employees.maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.qualifications & experience:bachelors degree in hr, business administration, or related field.2- 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.familiarity with shop-floor roles (machine operators, technicians, supervisors, etc.) is an advantage.strong communication and interpersonal skills.proficiency in ms office and applicant tracking systems (ats).ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.key skills:recruitment & talent acquisitionsourcing & screeninginterview coordinationhr compliancecommunication & negotiationtime managementindustrial / manufacturing knowledgesalary range: 25k to 30kExperience 1 - 3 Years No. of Openings 02 Education Any Bachelor Degree Role Human Resource Executive Industry Type Recruitment Consulting / Staffing Services Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location 712, Dwarika Pride B/s, Sadbhavna Hospital, Nr Ramapir Circle, 150 Feet Ring Rd, Rajkot, Gujarat 360
