Job Description:

As an HR Intern at Yahweh Software Solutions, you will gain hands-on experience in core Human Resource functions. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to support day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes. You will work closely with the HR team to understand organizational culture, compliance, and talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support in employee induction programs, documentation, and orientation processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to organizing HR events, employee activities, and engagement initiatives.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update databases, and assist in preparing HR reports.
  • Compliance & Policy Support: Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist in updating employee handbooks and guidelines.
  • Learning & Development: Support the HR team in arranging training sessions and maintaining attendance and feedback records.
  • General HR Administration: Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes.
