Roles & responsibilities
·Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, planning, and analysis, with specialised expertise in fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, IFRS 15, and contract accounting. Knowledge of international tax laws is an added advantage.
·Prepare detailed reports that offer valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial transparency.
·Lead the integration of new roles within KGS to support the UK-Swiss Group, ensuring these roles align with strategic objectives.
·Foster collaboration with other operational teams in the UK-Swiss Group to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
·Drive innovation, Gen AI and automation initiatives to optimise service delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
·Support the achievement of annual offshoring targets by regularly reviewing the Target Operating Model.
·Manage escalations and performance-related discussions between KGS teams and onshore stakeholders, assisting with issue resolution and documentation.
·Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Work experience
·Over 15 years of relevant experience, encompassing financial accounting, management accounting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
·Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA, as well as advanced degrees like an MBA with a focus on UK finance and taxation, are highly desirable.
·Demonstrated success in managing transitions and effectively integrating new roles from the UK region.
·A strong understanding of financial reporting standards, particularly IFRS 15, is essential.
·Familiarity with fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, and international tax laws and regulations is beneficial.
·Experience with S/4HANA or any related SAP ERP system is advantageous.
·Experience working with UK-Swiss business finance partners in advisory, audit, and tax functions is a plus.
·Proven ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
·Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
·Willingness to travel to Bengaluru, Pune, and the UK.
