HR Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR team members for employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best hiring practices, and recruitment tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented approach.
