Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Associate – Content and Production who has a keen interest or

exposure to both content writing and video production. This role is perfect for individuals eager to

grow in the edtech marketing domain, contributing to compelling and impactful content that

fosters student engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop engaging content strategies aligned with AlmaBetter's goals.
  • Assist in content creation including writing blogs, articles, and creative copy for various platforms.
  • Support video production processes, from planning and shooting to editing and post-production.
  • Contribute fresh and innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all content deliverables, maintaining adherence to AlmaBetter's brand voice.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and suggest improvements.
  • Organize and manage content assets to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Film Studies, or a related
  • field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing, video production, or similar roles.
  • Strong interest or skills in video editing; familiarity with editing software is a plus.
  • Excellent creative writing skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Effective communication and collaborative abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for blending content creation with video production.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
