Role Description
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Sales & Marketing Fresher to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) Motors & Manufacturing Division. The candidate will play a key role in promoting EV hub motors, mid-drive motors, controllers, and related components to OEMs, distributors, and dealers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the technical and production teams, and driving business growth through strategic marketing activities.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle components (motors, controllers)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn about EV technology and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and field visits.
• Team player with a proactive and target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers such as OEMs, dealers, and distributors in the EV segment.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, offers, and technical proposals.
• Assist in product demonstrations, customer visits, and exhibitions.
• Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for sample dispatch, feedback, and order tracking.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, brochures, catalog updates, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and communicate progress to management.
• Support management in planning and executing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
