What You'll Own

Develop and deploy foundational modules for LLM-powered AI agents driving quant research workflows.

Implement scalable backend services integrating vector embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and real-time market data.

Collaborate on designing multi-agent reasoning flows and memory mechanisms for adaptive AI behavior.

Participate in debugging, optimizing, and iterating AI systems in a high-velocity startup environment.

Drive best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing as you grow rapidly.

What We Expect

0–2 years of strong programming experience, especially in Python and async APIs.

Practical exposure or projects involving large language models or conversational agents (any framework or platform).

Solid understanding of scalable system design, cloud deployment, and reliable backend engineering.

Eagerness to work hands-on with advanced AI techniques and readiness to learn multi-agent LLM orchestration.
