Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end AI development, including dataset creation, curation, and quality checks.
- Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and AI models.
- Analyze model performance and create visualizations to communicate results effectively.
- Assist in deploying AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Understanding of multimodal AI (e.g., vision, audio).
- Familiarity with core AI and machine learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Exposure to data scraping tools or technologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data curation, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Awareness of cloud platforms and their use in AI workflows.
- Prior experience in early-stage startup environments.
- Exposure to synthetic media or deepfake detection.
- Understanding of AI safety practices such as guardrailing or content moderation.
