What You'll Be Building
- Architect, deploy, and scale multi-agent LLM systems powering next-gen quant analysis.
- Design reasoning flows, memory pipelines, and reinforcement loops for adaptive AI agents.
- Integrate models with real-time data, retrieval systems, and execution APIs.
- Optimize inference and orchestration layers for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and define best practices for production-grade AI systems.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience building and shipping ML/AI-driven products.
- Proven hands-on work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and autonomous agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, or custom multi-agent systems).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with APIs, async systems, and cloud deployment.
- Expertise in scaling AI pipelines using vector DBs, embeddings, and retrieval workflows.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, startup velocity, and a drive to build systems that redefine how India trades.
