Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Head located in Odisha, India. The Maintenance Head will oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams, overseeing the preventative maintenance schedule, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical/electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing maintenance budgets to optimize operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Diagnostics
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Upkeep Practices
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Familiarity with Safety Standards and Compliance in industrial settings
  • Ability to manage Maintenance Budgets and optimize operational efficiency
  • Proficiency with Maintenance Management Systems and Tools
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the refractories or iron and steel industry is a strong advantage
