Pricing Management & Updation

  • Compute Ex-Factory, Ex-Depot, FOR, D2R prices for new and existing plants & depots based on basic price, primary & secondary freight, and applicable price elements across locations & retailers serviced by or mapped to various depots across the market

  • In case of any changes in pricing for specific requirements, or if retention exceeds allowed limits, undertake re-computation of all impacted pricing line items by product, customer, location, etc.

  • Compute impact of planned price increases across categories based on management decisions

Sales Budgeting

  • Drill down sales budget numbers received through Business Support by channel, product & customer in consultation with superior

  • Validate the detailed budget numbers 

  • Co-ordinate with various sales teams to update budgets based on their feedback ensure finalisation of the same after multiple iterations

Customer Master Data handling

  • Carry out year-end review of active customers to determine activity level and balance confirmation for these customers

  • Provide details for customers to be blocked based on inactivity or non-availability of balance confirmation

  • In case of blocked customers needing to go through KYC, balance confirmation again, ensure unblocking of these customers in SAP subsequent to required approvals
