Role Overview

We're looking for a
UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience

who can turn complex ideas into elegant, intuitive, and user-centric designs. You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process across our web and mobile platforms, driving design strategy, user research, and product usability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and wants to shape the design direction of high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    complete design lifecycle

, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and implementation support.
- Design
user flows, wireframes, prototypes

, and
visual interfaces

that are both functional and aesthetically compelling.
- Conduct
user research, usability testing,

and feedback analysis to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Build and maintain a
scalable design system

and component library.
- Advocate for
user-centered design principles

while aligning with business goals.
- Stay updated with the
latest design trends, tools, and interaction patterns

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree

in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years

of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
- Strong portfolio

demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and end-to-end project execution.
- Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or other modern design tools.
- Deep understanding of
user-centered design, accessibility

responsive design principles

- Familiarity with
frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
