Your role and responsibilities

Applies IT knowledge and advanced skills to help solve complex technical or professional activities. A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, who contributes their specialized knowledge to enhance organizational efficiency and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.

Improve actual set up having CX resources focus on Core IS activities that help to promote Global TEM/Inventory Management /Zero Touch solutions to be used as a single tool for Mobile services.

The work model for the role is: Li-Onsite

This role is contributing to the ABB India -Bangalore, Location.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Service Management & Operations Diligently installs, manages, maintains, and optimizes IS services within own area and across functions; ensures compliance with safety, quality, and IS policies; prepares documentation and supports operational continuity through fault diagnosis and issue resolution.
• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Monitors service performance, identifies inefficiencies, and reports improvement opportunities; assesses new requirements and evaluates ideas for technological and process enhancement based on feasibility and value addition.
• Engaging with suppliers is essential for adhering to service agreements, resolving performance challenges, promoting initiatives for service enhancements, and assessing satisfaction for customers and suppliers alike.
• Solution Delivery & Compliance Facilitates the timely and budget-conscious delivery of IS solutions, meeting quality benchmarks; guarantees conformity with ABB guidelines, corporate IS regulations, and internal control measures while adjusting to evolving systems and technologies.

Qualifications for the role:

• Maintains compliance with corporate IS policies, internal rules, and external laws relevant to their responsibilities, upholding a comprehensive compliance framework.
• Executes assigned IS tasks in alignment with agreed RACI specifications, ensuring process efficiency and accountability.
• Establishes and maintains policies, standards, and best practices to guide the effective delivery of IT services.
• Facilitates the alignment of ABB IS strategy with overall business and functional strategies to maintain consistency and enhance value.
• Provides guidance and oversight to temporary or cross-functional teams, supporting task execution without direct line management responsibility.
• Promotes IS awareness and builds competence across teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Works together with business leaders and stakeholders to identify changing needs, outline solutions, and enhance processes, services, and technologies continuously.
