Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and skilled Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of Telephony infrastructure specifically Webex Calling and RingCentral and project management to oversee the lifecycle of demand requests DMND within our Site Infrastructure team focusing on technical integration migration projectsKey Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesDMND Lifecycle ManagementOversee technical integration migration projects for Telephony Scope Webex Calling RingCentral throughout the entire DMND lifecycleGather client requirementsQualify client needsEvaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals in conjunction with the Solution ExpertSubmit project quotes to the clientConstruct project plans with all stakeholdersPlace orders with various suppliersFollow up on actions with project contributorsProvide client reportingMonitor project budgetImplement the technical solution with the Managed Service Provider MSPEnsure handover to MSP support teamsTechnical Requirements:Required Skills QualificationsProven experience in demand management or project coordination within Telephony domains specifically Webex Calling and or RingCentralExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities both internal and externalStrong organizational and prioritization skillsProficiency in tracking and reporting on multiple concurrent demandsAbility to work effectively in cross functional and geographically distributed teamsFamiliarity with project management methodologies and toolsPreferred Skills:Networking,Technology->Infrastructure-Contact Center->Telephony,Technology->Mobility - Middleware->Mobility - Middleware - ALL,Technology->Server-Virtualization->Citrix XenServer,Technology->Microsoft Technologies->Windows PowerShell
