Position: Business Development Executive III / IV

JOB LOCATION :- Tamil Nadu , karnataka, Hyderabad.

Salary :- 21,000 to 30,000

To promote the companys Gynaecological range / GP range of products to healthcare professionals (primarily gynecologists / GPs), generate prescriptions, and ensure territory sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Promote the assigned gynaecological products to doctors, especially gynaecologists and obstetricians, through effective detailing and product knowledge.
  • Doctor Visits: Conduct regular and scheduled visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes.
  • Prescription Generation: Develop strong relationships with doctors to generate consistent prescriptions for assigned brands.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
  • Territory Management: Efficiently manage the assigned territory, including route planning, coverage, and customer segmentation.
  • Reporting: Submit daily call reports, doctor coverage reports, and sales updates in the prescribed format.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activities, new launches, and market trends.
  • Sample and Promotional Material Management: Handle product samples and promotional materials effectively and responsibly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma /Graduate in Pharmacy /Science preferred. Graduates from other streams with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Experience: 0-2 Years in pharmaceutical sales (preferably in the gynaecology segment).

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reporting apps/tools)
