Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales growth. This is an Inside Sales role where you are expected to call the leads that are generated by Marketing team and convert them.

We're Hiring: Business Development Associate| Inside Sales (EdTech)

Location: Remote

Working Days: 6 days/week

Experience: Minimum 6 Months – 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

Responsibilities

Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up conversations with prospective learners

Schedule demo sessions and ensure consistent follow-ups

Understand customer profiles, learning challenges, and explain the implications of ineffective methods

Address objections, provide clear solutions, and negotiate pricing to generate sales revenue

Excellent communication & presentation skills in English

Comfortable in a fast-paced 6-day work week

A personal laptop/desktop with stable broadband and working audio/video setup

Strong interest in the education and career development sector

Self-driven, target-oriented, and adept at problem-solving

Passionate about mentoring and guiding aspirants
