Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven and confident
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have
2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales
, with hands-on expertise in
cold calling, lead generation, and client communication
. Proficiency in
MS Excel
and fluency in
English, Hindi, and any regional language
are essential for this role

Job Summary

  • Conduct
    cold calls
    to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calling and follow-ups.
  • Present company products/services to potential clients and explain value propositions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using
    MS Excel
    and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead conversion, and sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    2–4 years
    of experience in
    inside sales
    , telesales, or business development.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
