Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, explaining insurance products, and closing sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by delivering customized insurance solutions, including life, health, motor, and general insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and online platforms.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of various insurance products.
- Promote and sell insurance policies including life, health, motor, and general insurance.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist customers with filling out application forms and submitting necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management for product improvements and marketing strategies.
