Job Description:

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in selling industrial measurement products such as flowmeters, pressure sensors, or instrumentation. Previous experience in selling Rotameters, Electr-Magnetic Flowmeters, or DP Flow Elements is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
    Identify and target potential customers in industries such as chemical, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and oil & gas.
    Promote and sell Rotameters, Electr-Magnetic Flowmeters, and DP Flow Elements by highlighting their unique features, advantages, and applications.
    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
2. Customer Support & Technical Consultation:
    Provide technical expertise to clients by explaining product features, benefits, and usage.
    Assist customers in solving technical issues and offer timely solutions.
    Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
    Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams for product installation and troubleshooting.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
    Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on customer needs, market demands, and competition.
    Monitor customer preferences and suggest potential product improvements.
4. Sales Documentation & Reporting:
    Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and detailed client records.
    Submit weekly or monthly reports on sales activities and pipeline development.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    Work closely with the internal teams (engineering, marketing, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
    Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
    Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve product offerings.


• Skills:
    Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
    Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Other:
    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
