Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, addressing customer needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Additional tasks include supporting account management activities, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing client data, and participating in the development of strategic solutions for client challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service expertise to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in account management with effective communication skills to manage expectations and share updates clearly
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and a proactive approach towards problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in account management or related roles is advantageous
