Sales & Accounts Management Coordinator (SAM Co)

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Management Coordinator to support our account management and sales teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys client interaction, and has strong organizational skills.

Location: Lucknow, UP

Experience: 1+ years

Support sales & account management calls/meetings with clear, concise minutes

Prepare client deliverables, proposals, and reports using software tools

Maintain CRM (Universe) records and track prospect activity

Assist with scheduling calls, interviews, and face-to-face meetings

Proofread and develop documents (idea maps, proposals, deliverables)

Evaluate and track Audit POs, prepare PO quotes

Conduct research on new prospect accounts and prepare company profiles

Support client mailings (Christmas cards, newsletters) and create rate card drafts

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
