We are seeking a motivated and client-focused B2B Account Manager with at least 1 year of experience in handling business clients, managing accounts, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

- Prepare and present sales reports, account updates, and performance metrics.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high client retention rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client accounts independently.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
