Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Post job openings on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, and social media
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panels
  • Maintain candidate data in ATS and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of various hiring methods (lateral, bulk, campus)
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple positions at once
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices (preferred)
