Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Post Production Officer
to manage and coordinate post-production activities including documentation, batch preparation and release, logistics coordination, and SOP compliance. The ideal candidate should have basic Excel knowledge and 1–2 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage production documentation accurately.
  • Oversee
    batch preparation and batch release
    processes.
  • Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to ensure timely release of batches.
  • Ensure
    compliance with SOPs
    and assist in updating or drafting SOPs when required.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
  • Assist in inventory checks and batch-wise tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of production logs, release notes, and shipment details.
  • Generate basic Excel reports related to production and dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Minimum Graduate (B.Sc./B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience:
    1–2 years in production/post-production or related role
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel
    (data entry, formatting, filtering)
  • Understanding of
    batch documentation
    and SOPs
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic salary 20k to 22k
