Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all current, relevant, and applicable laws, regulations, rules, guidelines (internal/external), documentation and governance.
  • Applies extensive knowledge of relevant field to solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to access the impact of process changes and call out with relevant stakeholders prior to implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong MS Office skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on Documentation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively foster a positive working environment.
  • Builds strong influencing relationships across teams and with key frontline stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Major Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in Australia Lending.
  • 18+ months in the current role for internal candidates
  • 3 years of overall experience in Banking Operations in which Experience with Delivering Trainings, Managing Process Changes and Driving Continuous Improvements are preferred.
  • Professional certifications related to Project Management are desirable.
