Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

  2. Technical Understanding: Having a strong technical background to understand the specifications and requirements of the products or services being procured. This is particularly important in industries where specialized technical knowledge is crucial.

  3. Cost Negotiation: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements. This involves analyzing cost structures and finding ways to optimize expenses without compromising quality.

  4. Supply Chain Management: Coordinating with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure a smooth flow of materials and services throughout the supply chain.

  5. Quality Assurance: Collaborating with quality control and assurance teams to ensure that purchased goods and services meet the required standards and specifications.

  6. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the procurement process, such as supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and quality issues.

  7. Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements with suppliers. This includes ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 8. Market Research: Keeping abreast of market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to make informed procurement decisions.

  8. Cost Analysis: Conducting cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.

  9. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical)

 Minimum 4+ years of experience in Construction Projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
