Job Description:-

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of the Annual Work Anniversary & Award Function.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers (catering, décor, sound, photography, etc.) to ensure timely arrangements.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and schedules for smooth execution.
  • Coordinate stage management, program flow, and award ceremony proceedings.
  • Oversee logistics such as guest registrations, seating arrangements, and backstage requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align event activities with organizational goals.
  • Handle on-the-spot problem-solving to ensure seamless execution of the event.
  • Manage budget allocation for event requirements while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Ensure a memorable and engaging experience for all employees and guests.

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 15 days

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
